Position Title: HR Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and motivated HR Sales Executive who can handle sales activities, cold calling, client communication, interview coordination, and government tender-related work. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Sales Responsibilities:
Cold calling and lead generation
Client handling and regular follow-up
Understanding client requirements and providing suitable solutions
Sales coordination and customer relationship management
Preparing quotations and basic sales reports
Product/service presentation to clients
HR Responsibilities:
Candidate sourcing and initial screening
Calling candidates for interviews
Scheduling and coordinating interviews
Maintaining candidate records and follow-up
Supporting onboarding process when required
Required Skills:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good knowledge of cold calling and client handling
Basic understanding of recruitment process
Knowledge of government tender processes preferred
MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional attitude and team coordination
