HR Recruiter – Warehouse Hiring (Picker & Packer)

We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter who will be responsible for bulk hiring of Picker and Packer staff for warehouse operations. The candidate should have experience in blue-collar recruitment and mass hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Picker & Packer positions

Conduct bulk hiring drives and walk-in interviews

Source candidates through job portals, field recruitment, references, and local networks

Coordinate with warehouse managers for manpower requirements

Maintain daily recruitment tracker and reports

Ensure quick turnaround time for hiring

Assist in onboarding and documentation process

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred)

1–3 years of experience in bulk/blue-collar hiring

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets

Knowledge of local labor market is an advantage

Preferred Skills

Experience in warehouse/logistics recruitment

Strong field sourcing experience

Ability to manage high-volume hiring
