HR Recruiter – Call Center / Telecalling Hiring (Immediate Joiner)

We are urgently hiring an HR Recruiter for immediate joining.

This role involves hiring for call center / telecalling profiles such as

telecallers, sales executives, customer support, and counsellors.

This position is suitable for recruiters who have experience sourcing,

calling, and lining up candidates daily.

IMPORTANT:
• This is NOT a telecaller job
• This is NOT for freshers
• Prior recruitment experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates daily
• Call candidates and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with candidates till joining
• Maintain daily hiring trackerEligibility:
• 2 years + experience in recruitment (call center / sales hiring preferred)
• Comfortable with daily calling and follow-ups
• Target-oriented and disciplined
• Hindi required, basic English is enough
