• Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract BPO professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
2. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for BPO roles.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
4. Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional candidate experience, guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
5. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on BPO industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights to make informed hiring decisions.
6. Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment processes adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
7. Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our HR system.
• Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, with a strong focus on BPO recruitment.
- BPO Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of BPO roles, industry dynamics, and common challenges.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using various sourcing and recruitment tools to identify and engage top talent.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey job opportunities and company culture.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in candidate selection.
- Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and tools for applicant tracking and data management.
