We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end blue collar recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media, Field work. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Assist in HR operations, including employee documentation, attendance, and HR coordination. Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1–2 years of Blue collar hiring recruitment experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with job portals such as Naukri and Workindia, Indeed. Coordinating experience with NGO's, Community Mobilizers, MSW people. Basic knowledge of MS Office. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
