HR Partner (International School) (Telangana)

- We are looking for a skilled HR Partner to join our team in Hyderabad (Bachupally).
- The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience and be available to join immediately.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective human resource strategies to support the school's goals.
- Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents to promote a collaborative environment.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and development initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts fairly and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as an HR professional in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of international education systems and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
