Job Title : Associate Manager - HR Operations (Assistant Manager level)
• Currently handling the end to end queries for the current employees pertaining to Support Business Unit.
• Managing the PAN Bank Internal and External Audits pertaining to Onboarding and Background verifications)
• Issuing Show Cause and Termination letter for the Disciplinary and Red BGV
cases.
• Responsible for presenting dashboard to CHRO on the complete headcount along with Payroll confirmation, Documentation and Background verification process.
• Should be process oriented and be able to respond to the queries of employees and internal team members within the SLA
• Ability to work within a team
• Analytical Skills / Experience
• Flexibility and ability to manage several projects in a Fast-Paced Environment
