HR Operations Executive
Job Description
We're looking for an HR Operations Executive to join our team as part of our Total Rewards function.
HR Administration
• Manage and consolidate new hire on-boarding and exit processes and relevant documentation, in a central repository. Ensure all employee related documentation is accurate, documented and stored in relevant drives. Assist and provide employee request letters including bonafide letters, salary certificate etc.
• Consolidate & provide reports, MIS pertaining to new hires and employee personal data.
• Level 1 contact for employee queries raised through the ticketing system.
• Support and manage administrative tasks for the Reward team.
• Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of information relating to organizational data and compliance.
• Spearhead HR Operations projects
Payroll & Benefits
• Manage accurate and timely inputs for payroll processing including vendor invoicing, consultants, Flexi Pay components to ensure timely salary payouts.
• Managing the monthly leave and attendance calculations, over-time input, annual leave encashment, Full n Final settlement of exiting employees.
• Work on payroll queries and provide any supporting documentation or data as & when required
• Shadow monthly payroll activities for India and UAE
• Manage new additions and deletions in the group insurance policies and work on the annual Insurance policy renewal for India and Dubai
• Tracking and updating all employee changes that impact payroll and other processes (Hires, Leavers, Bonuses, Changes,etc.) ensuring that the Headcount database is accurate and updated on real-time basis.
Skills (Must-Have)
• MS Excel, Google Sheets
• Working knowledge of formulas like vlookup, pivots etc
Skills (Good To Have)
• MS Office, Presentation Skills
Who Should Apply
• Sound previous generalist experience of HR administration and collation of data for payroll
• Good verbal, written and numerical skills
• Good organizational skills including ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
• Able to work independently and on own initiative within specified guidelines or processes
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and able to deal with colleagues at all levels
• Able to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations and Payroll administration activities
