Job Description
• Requires to handle full and final settlement of all employees. Requires to check all the clearance from all the department and post that doing calculation
• Requires to handle all mediclaim process.
• Providing monthly database of addition/ deletion for mediclaim process.
• Handling all the MIS work.
• Preparing monthly report of attrition analysis.
• Assisting to payroll team for providing all the support.
Skill set
• Candidate should be having at least 3-4 years of experience into similar profile and excellent skill of excel.
