Post- HR Manager Education Qualification- Masters Degree in Human Resources. Experience- 2.5 to 4 years Base Location- Pune Salary Range- 20000 to 40000 per month Preferred female candidate HR Manager Responsibilities- 1. Designing and implementing company policies/practices that promote a healthy work environment 2. Developing compensation and benefits plans and assist with payroll 3. Discuss employee career development paths with managers 4. Design interesting onboarding sessions and processes for new recruits. 5. Be responsible for recruitment and selection decisions. 6. HR management and development (including discipline, grievance, mentoring, salary and conditions, contracts, succession planning, driving performance appraisals and any other HR related issues). 7. Manage a training plan that details required training that is delivered within the agreed/specific timescales and ensure outcomes are appropriately measured and reported on. 8.
