Job Description
Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Shadnagar, Hyderabad
Role Overview:
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of human resource management, including
recruitment, compliance, payroll, employee relations, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have
strong experience in a manufacturing setup, be proficient in HR processes, and be capable of managing both
white-collar and blue-collar employees.Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
o Source candidates using various methods including job portals, social media, and local outreach.
o Design and implement effective hiring strategies and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
o Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure hiring quality talent.
2. HR Operations & Administration:
o Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
o Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
o Assist with daily administrative HR duties and support HR executives in routine tasks.
3. Payroll & Compliance:
o Manage payroll preparation by collecting relevant data (leaves, bonuses, absences, etc).
o Handle statutory filings (PF, ESI, PT) and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
o Liaise with external agencies and government bodies as required.
4. Performance Management & Training:
o Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
o Coordinate and document internal training and development initiatives.
5. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:o Handle queries and concerns from employees and provide resolutions in line with company
policy.
o Ensure adherence to HR policies and act as a bridge between staff and management.
6. HR Reporting:
o Prepare analytical HR reports and submit them to management regularly.
o Monitor HR metrics to assess organizational health.
7. Communication & Coordination:
o Act as a communication point for employees and coordinate with candidates during hiring.
o Assist external recruiters (if engaged) and maintain updated recruitment databases.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required; MBA in HR is preferred.
Experience: 10 - 12 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with proven
expertise in payroll, compliance, and recruitment.
Skills:
o Excellent communication in English and Hindi; knowledge of Telugu is a plus.
o Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
o Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Additional Requirements:
o Must have a two-wheeler for local travel.
o Willingness to relocate near the plant (Shadnagar/Balanagar/Burgul).
o Ability to engage with both white-collar and blue-collar employees effectively.
