Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR management within the hotel industry.
Location: Alappuzha, Kerala.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement.
• Coordinate training programs to develop employee skills and monitor their effectiveness.
• Oversee performance management, including appraisals and performance improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies specific to the hotel industry.
• Manage payroll, employee benefits, and compensation processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports.
• Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and hotel industry standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
