Responsibilities
• Manage hire-to-retire employee life-cycle right from recruitment to exit process
• Handle complete Attendance and Leave management system for Mumbai branch.
• Employee engagement practices like Birthdays, Anniversaries, and designing other events like formal and informal town hall meetings etc.
• Resolve HR queries of employees within specified SLA
• Guided by the policy, processes procedure, the position is expected to analyze and recommend the right decision.
• Knowledge in Basic Statutory Compliance matters with operational knowledge of ESI User Interface.
• Help Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
• Assisting in Performance Review processes
• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
• Create and run referral bonus programs
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates
• Managing daily operations of the HR department
