Kickstart your HR career with hands-on exposure to IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. We are looking for motivated MBA HR candidates who want practical experience in recruitment and want to build a strong foundation in the HR domain.

This internship focuses on pure IT Recruitment (not Non-IT hiring) and will help you understand the core recruitment process which forms the foundation of HR.

Requirements
• MBA in HR (Pursuing or Completed)
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR domain, especially recruitment
• Interest in building a career in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Freshers with MBA HR can also apply

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in sourcing IT candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
• Perform resume screening and candidate shortlisting
• Support in interview scheduling and coordination
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment data
• Assist the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities

• This internship focuses on IT Recruitment only
• You will gain exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes
