Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern with prior HR experience to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, attendance tracking, and other HR administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination.
Track attendance, leave, and employee-related reports.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and queries.
Support payroll inputs and other HR administrative activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st and 3rd Saturdays Off)

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Location: Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate
