HR Intern – Jaipur
Company: Arihant Global Services India Pvt Ltd
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Job Type: Internship On-site Full-time
About Us:
Arihant Global is a Jaipur-based ISO certified digital marketing and CPaaS company. We work with multiple brands and industries in areas like digital marketing, social media, SEO, paid ads, CPaaS (cloud telephony, WhatsApp API, bulk SMS, IVR, CRM solutions).
We are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to join our team and learn practical HR operations in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist HR team in recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
• Coordinate with candidates and support the onboarding process.
• Maintain and update employee records & HR databases.
• Help in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation.
• Support in employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations.
Skills Required:
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Eager to learn and grow in HR & Operations field.
Qualification:
• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA/HR specialization.
• Freshers / final year students can apply.
