What you’ll do:
Rotate across core HR functions: talent acquisition, employee experience, learning and development and policy development
Co-create initiatives that shape our inclusive, high-performing culture
Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Dive into real projects from day one—no coffee runs here (unless it’s for yourself
)
What you bring:
A recent degree in HR, Business, or a related field
A thirst for innovation, automation and all things AI
Curiosity, empathy, and a collaborative spirit
A knack for communication and a love for people
Bonus points for any internship or volunteer experience
