About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage core HR functions, employee lifecycle processes, and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong HR operational experience and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare service agreements for consultants, employees, and students

Manage the Performance Management System (PMS)

Draft promotion, increment, and transfer letters

Handle contract renewals and related documentation

Address employee queries and assist in disciplinary processes (memos, warning letters, etc.)

Conduct exit interviews and maintain feedback records

Update HRMS (designation changes, promotions, transfers, personal details, etc.)

Coordinate travel/holiday bookings for consultants (e.g., Club Mahindra)

Support employee engagement activities and initiatives

Implement employee welfare programs and benefits

Issue general circulars based on management instructions
