Job Summary:

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department at the hotel. This role covers a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and labor laws. The HR Generalist ensures a smooth and efficient HR function that supports the hotel's operational goals and fosters a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Onboarding

Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for hotel staff.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Employee Relations

Address routine employee queries and concerns professionally.
Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
Maintain a visible HR presence on the hotel floor to build staff rapport.
HR Administration

Maintain accurate employee records, both digital and physical.
Ensure timely updates of personal data, contracts, attendance, and leave records.
Support the payroll process by preparing and submitting required data.
Training Development

Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Track mandatory compliance and service training for all hotel departments.
Maintain training attendance logs and feedback reports.
Policy Compliance Support

Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and labor regulations.
Support HR audits, inspections, and legal documentation.
Help update and communicate HR manuals and employee handbooks.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of HR experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS) and payroll systems.
Good understanding of local labor laws and HR practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
