HR4NATION requires HR Executive (Generalist) for fast-growing E-Commerce Company, located in Chennai

Job Responsibilities
• Interact with functional heads to gather manpower needs and identify suitable candidates
• Address and resolve issues, grievances raised by employees
• Assess performance of employees in coordination with functional heads

Requirements
• 1 - 4 years experience as HR Generalist in any organisation
• Fluent in English and Tamil
• MBA (HR) Fresher also will be considered

Salary: Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 22,000 (depending upon experience)

Location : Chennai, T. Nagar (Work From Office job)

Office hours : 10 am - 7 pm (Monday to Saturday)
