HR exicutive (Pune Cantonment)

We are seeking an experienced HR & Executive Assistant to join our team at Greatlink Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance coordination, while providing executive coordination support to the Directors for smooth business operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong background in HR and business administration. They will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation, coordinating payroll, attendance, HRMS, and statutory compliances, driving employee engagement, training, and performance management activities, preparing HR MIS, reports, and maintaining employee records, coordinating meetings, calendars, travel, and follow-ups for Directors, preparing MOMs, presentations, and business correspondence, and ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks and company policies.
