Position HR EXECUTIVE/SR.EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT MANAGER
• Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants
• Screening and shortlisting candidates for employers to interview
• Interviewing and testing job seekers
• Getting vacancy details from employers
• Cold calling' companies to generate new business
• Building relationships with employers and job seekers
• Meeting targets for vacancies filled and people placed
• Keeping records, Organizing data , make it accessible when needed.

To be a successful HR Executive you'll need:
• Excellent communication and 'people' skills
• Good convincing and negotiation skills
• A confident and positive attitude
• The ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Maintain professional approach
• The ability to work well in a team

Preference: House wives/MBA Freshers/ Candidates having one year experience in communication industry like RPO/ BPO/KPO will be preferred.
