• Source potential candidates from various job portals.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Maintaining recruitment database
• Filing pan India positions within an organization
• Drafting and posting job descriptions.
• Work Mode : Work from office
• Working Hours : 6 Days + Hours
• Required : Good Communication, Basic Excel Knowledge.
• Experience in Recruitment mandatory.
• Preferable TPA/ Insurance Industry .
