Key Responsibilities:
• Manage leave requests and ensure compliance with company policies
• Monitor attendance systems to maintain accurate records
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish
• Develop and implement training programs for employees
• Conduct interviews and participate in interview panels
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should have a background in the pharma or medical industry.
