We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage core HR functions including payroll processing statutory compliances and HR policies The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance requirements to ensure smooth HR functioning across the organization Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements PF ESIC Gratuity Professional Tax etc Draft implement and update HR policies and procedures Maintain and update employee records attendance and leave management systems Support recruitment activities employee onboarding and documentation Handle employee queries regarding payroll benefits and policies Coordinate with external consultants auditors for statutory and compliance matters Assist in HR reporting MIS preparation and HR process improvement Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in HR Business Administration or a related field Proven experience 1-3 years as an HR Executive or similar role Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRMS tools In-depth understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Key Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong analytical and time-management skills Knowledge of IP surveillance or technology industry HR practices preferred Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Language English Required Work Location In person
