Detailed Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

Lateral Hiring: Manage and execute the entire lateral hiring process, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to source potential candidates.

Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiation and finalization of salary, joining dates, and other terms of employment.

Skills and Competencies:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools.

Experience:

Prior experience in BPO bulk lateral hiring or working with a consultancy is preferred.

Proven track record of successful lateral hires and meeting recruitment targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
