We are looking for FEMALE candidates who can join immediately and are willing to relocate to Pune.

-0 to 1 Year experience in Human Resources -Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned Business Units. -Hiring for all IT level positions.

-Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute

innovative recruiting strategies. -Work with a database for sourcing and tracking candidates.

-Appointment Letter & Joining Formalities

Responsibilities and Duties:

-Sourcing & Screening potential candidates from various

channels - Social media & professional platforms -Design & post job Ads to attract suitable candidates

-Handle end-to-end recruitment -Hands-on experience of working on Excel & Powerpoint.

-Strong team player. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Fixed shift

• Performance bonus

• Bhosale Garden, Pune - 411028, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
