You are required to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and management skills who can assist us with Recruitment, Operational, and other HR-oriented responsibilities along with getting better results from the organization, teams, and individuals by understanding and managing their performance within a framework of planned goals, standards, and competence requirements.
