Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive Company: Rill India Group Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office) Job Summary Rill India Group is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle queries, maintain customer records, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries through calls, messages, and emails. - Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. - Follow up with existing customers regarding services and support. - Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. - Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer service. - Prepare daily reports and maintain proper records. - Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements - Graduate in any stream. - Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred). - Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. - Customer handling and problem-solving skills. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Freshers can also apply.
