Job Summary:

Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment process by getting involved directly with clients, preparing job descriptions, post jobs, collaborating with applicants, using social media for recruitment, and all other activities of the recruitment process.
• Manage payroll, attendance, leave balance, and related activities.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, exit documentation, contracting, and other documentation for the company.
• Manage appraisals and performance of the employees.
• Manage employee engagement activities
• Manage day-to-day office operations
Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in Computer Software/Information Technology industry and recruited candidate profiles in the same.
• MBA in Human resource or equivalent human resource qualification
• Good written, verbal and communication skills in English
• Know how to use Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn portals for recruitment for recruitment
