HR Executive and Recruiter

We’re Hiring: HR Executive & Recruiter

Experience: 6month -2 years preferred

We are looking for a proactive and passionate HR Executive & Recruiter to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, building strong teams, and supporting organizational growth — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Assist in employee engagement, HR documentation, and onboarding
• Support HR operations, policies, and day-to-day HR activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR operations is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
