HR Data Analyst/Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data/Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, managing data collection, Data Analysis, Data Modelling, Data Cleansing, handling end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and performing system configurations to align with business needs.

HCM Data Analyst/Business Analyst Responsibilities:
• Data Gathering/Data Analysis/Data Modelling/Data Cleansing/Data formatting
• AS IS and TO-BE business process analysis and process modelling including end-to-end data flows
• Authoring data migration plan/cutover plan
• Support change management activities
• Supporting solution development team with data insights as required

Requirements
• Knowledge of coding languages – R, Python, or SQL
• BI Dashboard skills and experience – ability to create/update existing
• Ability to work with large volume and complex data sets – support project data analysis/ data migration/cutover and data load at go-live
• Project experience - upgrade/improvement projects (not limited to Implementation)
• Demonstrated experience developing cutover plans/data migration plans
• People/HR data & process knowledge and experience
• R-Studio skills and experience to code level

Requirements
