Le ou la Directeur(trice) national(e) des ressources humaines est le ou la plus haut(e) responsable RH pour les opérations canadiennes de ContactPoint 360. Ce rôle stratégique consiste à définir, diriger et exécuter la vision RH à l’échelle canadienne, en assurant la conformité légale, la qualité des pratiques RH et l’alignement avec les objectifs d’affaires.
Le poste requiert une maîtrise approfondie des relations de travail, du développement organisationnel, de la gestion des talents, de la rémunération, ainsi qu’une expertise confirmée en CNESST (Québec) et WSIB (Ontario). Le ou la directeur(trice) contribue directement à la culture organisationnelle, à la performance et à la stratégie globale de l’entreprise.
Responsabilités principales
Leadership stratégique et partenariat d’affaires
Élaborer et déployer la stratégie RH nationale en cohérence avec les objectifs de ContactPoint 360.
Conseiller la haute direction en matière de stratégie organisationnelle, de structure, de politiques RH et de gestion du changement.
Diriger les initiatives culturelles visant l’engagement, la productivité et le développement organisationnel.
Mettre en place des programmes RH structurés, compétitifs et évolutifs.
Supervision des opérations RH
Superviser l’ensemble des activités RH au Canada, notamment : recrutement, intégration, gestion du rendement, formation et développement, relations de travail et départs.
Assurer l’harmonisation et l’application cohérente des politiques RH à travers les opérations du Québec et de l’Ontario.
Optimiser les processus, technologies et outils RH afin d’améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle.
Relations de travail, CNESST, WSIB et conformité
Agir comme principal expert en législation du travail et en santé et sécurité au travail.
Superviser les dossiers CNESST et WSIB : réclamations, enquêtes, audits, contestations, programmes de retour au travail.
Diriger la gestion des dossiers complexes en relations de travail et soutenir les enquêtes et dossiers disciplinaires de haut niveau.
Élaborer des stratégies SST visant à réduire les risques et assurer la conformité aux règlementations du Québec et de l’Ontario.
Mettre en place des mesures préventives pour limiter les risques légaux et opérationnels.
Gestion des talents et développement organisationnel
Mettre en place des programmes de développement du leadership et de planification de la relève.
Superviser les stratégies de formation, les initiatives de développement professionnel et la mobilité interne.
Renforcer l’image employeur afin d’attirer, retenir et développer les talents locaux.
Rémunération, avantages sociaux et analytique RH
Évaluer les structures de rémunération et conseiller sur l’équité salariale et la compétitivité du marché.
Superviser l’administration des programmes d’avantages sociaux.
Diriger les activités de prévision de main-d’œuvre, tableaux de bord RH et analyses stratégiques.
Participer à la planification budgétaire nationale en matière de ressources humaines.
Leadership d’équipe
Encadrer, guider et développer les gestionnaires RH régionaux et les partenaires RH.
Favoriser une culture de collaboration, de responsabilisation et d’amélioration continue.
Profil recherché
Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, administration ou domaine connexe (maîtrise un atout).
Titre professionnel CHRP, CHRL ou CRHA fortement privilégié.
10 à 15 ans d’expérience progressive en leadership RH, incluant la gestion multi-sites (Québec et Ontario).
Expertise démontrée en CNESST, WSIB et lois canadiennes/provinciales du travail.
Expérience en environnement dynamique ou en forte croissance (centre d’appels/BPO un atout).
Excellente communication en français et en anglais.

The HR Country Director for Canada is the most senior HR leader responsible for shaping, leading, and executing all human resources strategies across ContactPoint 360’s Canadian operations. This role provides strategic leadership, ensures compliance with Canadian and provincial legislation, oversees HR operations across multiple sites, and acts as a key advisor to executive leadership.
This position requires advanced expertise in employee relations, organizational development, talent strategy, compensation, compliance, and extensive knowledge of CNESST (Quebec) and WSIB (Ontario). The HR Country Director plays a decisive role in building a strong people culture aligned with the organization’s mission, values, and growth plans.
**Key Responsibilities
This role includes full execution of all Human Resources Manager responsibilities, including hands-on HR operations, CNESST/WSIB file management, and day‑to‑day employee relations.**
Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership
Develop and execute the national HR strategy aligned with ContactPoint 360’s business objectives.
Act as a key advisor to the executive team on workforce strategy, HR policy, and organizational design.
Lead cultural transformation initiatives supporting employee engagement and organizational growth.
Ensure HR programs are competitive, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
Human Resources Operations Oversight
Oversee HR operations across all Canadian sites, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding.
Ensure consistency of HR policies and processes nationally while maintaining provincial compliance.
Lead the development and continuous improvement of HR systems, tools, and processes.
Employee Relations, CNESST, WSIB & Compliance
Serve as the country expert on employment legislation and occupational health and safety (OHS).
Provide strategic oversight of CNESST and WSIB claims, audits, investigations, and return-to-work programs.
Lead resolution of high-risk employee relations cases; support investigations and legal matters.
Develop and implement national OHS strategies; ensure compliance with provincial regulations (Quebec, Ontario, etc.).
Mitigate organizational risk through strong governance and proactive compliance practices.
Talent Strategy & Organizational Development
Lead leadership development initiatives and succession planning for management and executive roles.
Oversee design and implementation of training programs supporting leadership capability and workforce readiness.
Build a strong employer brand and talent pipeline nationally.
Compensation, Benefits & Workforce Analytics
Provide oversight and strategic input into compensation structures, salary reviews, and benefits programs.
Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices across the country.
Lead national HR reporting, workforce analytics, forecasting, and budgeting.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop regional HR Managers and HR Business Partners across Canada.
Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the HR team.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
CHRP, CHRL, CRHA, or equivalent senior HR designation strongly preferred.
Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including multi-site oversight across Quebec and Ontario.
Deep expertise in CNESST and WSIB, as well as national labour and employment laws.
Proven experience managing large-scale organizational HR initiatives.
Strong executive presence, communication skills, and strategic judgment.
Experience in high-growth environments or BPO/operations-driven organizations is an asset.
Fully bilingual in French and English.
