Position Overview
A leading HR Operations team is seeking an HR Coordinator to support global mobility and immigration functions. This temporary position plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for internal stakeholders and will be responsible for managing sensitive documentation and guiding employees through complex processes. The role includes administrative support, project coordination, and process improvement responsibilities, with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft assignment letters, business invitation letters, and various letters of support for global mobility and immigration needs.
• Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear and timely guidance on immigration-related processes, policies, and timelines.
• Maintain the recruiting component of the Green Card process and communicate reimbursement policies to employees.
• Assist with onboarding reports and collect work authorization documents.
• Aid in creating and formatting training materials and process maps.
• Facilitate secure file transfers between vendors and conduct routine audits to ensure data integrity.
• Address employee inquiries and support adherence to department-level policies and processes.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a professional environment; exposure to Global Mobility or Immigration is highly valued.
• Proficient computer skills, especially with Google Suite.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to new challenges.
• Ability to deliver exceptional service and support to stakeholders.
• Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management capabilities.
• Inquisitive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude toward innovation and process improvement.
