Job Description
Gains familiarity with HR concepts, practices and methodologies.
With guidance performs and/or supports implementation of basic HR duties, including:
o Talent acquisition,
o New associate orientation,
o Compensation and Benefits administration,
o HRIS input and update, and
Builds interrelationships between various HR functions and related organizations (i.e., Legal, Finance & Accounting).
Acquires practical knowledge in data management, reporting and other documentation requirements.
Gains working knowledge and understanding of company HR policies and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
