Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Intern. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources operations, including recruitment, data management, and team coordination.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for searching and screening resumes from job portals, scheduling appointments and interviews, conducting orientation, maintaining records, and ensuring data management. They will also participate in office activities, engage with different teams, and coordinate required activities.

Responsibilities

1. Recruitment: Search and screen resumes from job portals, scheduling appointments and interviews, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information of candidates and new joinees.
2. HR Operations: Understand and manage HR operations at different stages of the employee lifecycle.
3. Data and Analysis: Ensure data management and use data for relevant purposes.
4. Planning and Coordination: Engage with different teams/departments and coordinate for required activities.
5. Creative Inputs: Participate and generate ideas for office activities.
6. Interview Co-ordination: Connect with businesses and candidates for end-to-end interview co-ordination.
