As an HRBP Team Lead, you will collaborate with business managers and support them in employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates eager to grow in the HR Business Partner domain.
Responsibilities:
• Support managers in improving employee performance and productivity.
• Assist in conducting performance review discussions.
• Handle basic employee grievance cases under supervision.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.
• Track attendance, attrition, and HR metrics.
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team for hiring requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes.
Requirements:
• MBA / BBA / Graduation in HR or related field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Traits:
• Confident in interacting with managers.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the HRBP domain.
• Ability to handle pressure and escalations effectively.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience is required on same field.
