Job Description:
Job Role:
• Own full recruitment process including interview, feedback, and offer process
• Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using various platforms
• Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs
• Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
• Maintain key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
• Accountable for designing, planning, and coordinating the sourcing efforts
• Monitor progress against the goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, and talent pipelines
• Develop diverse and ready to hire pipelines of candidates as designated
• Own the talent – hunt, engage, farm, bring it to the business and add them to the workforce
• Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come. Qualifications
• Strong background with 6+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle managing all IT/Non-IT requirements
• Strong people management skills, should have experience in Stakeholder Management, Vendor management, etc
• Extensive experience in building sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, agency usage, etc
• Experience managing candidate life cycle through an applicant tracking system, HRMS etc
