Job Description
1. Daily updation & correction of Attendance
2. Submit new-joinee details within 10 days to consultant.
3. Ensue that we recieve challans of ESI/PF before 13th of every month.
4. Submit Exit employee details to consultant on 20th of every month.
5. Maintain all statutory registers.
6. Maintain Leave/ OT/ Gate Pass slips.
7. Help in other HR activities like Salary, Training etc.
8. Bring matters related to HR/ Admin/ Canteen/ Security to HR Manager.
+. Check ETP Registers are well maintained.
10. Provide necessary details like new-joinees in month, employees left, absent etc.
11. Maintain resignation formalities.
12. Maintain Leave Chart.
13. To do KYC of employees
14. To ensure office building cleaning & maintenance is done regularly.
