Job Description
Key responsibilities
Document preparation: Remove staples, sort, and prepare documents for scanning.
Scanning and digitizing: Operate high-speed scanners and related software to convert physical documents into digital files.
Quality control: Ensure scanned documents are high-quality, legible, and correctly aligned, oriented, and cropped.
Organization and filing: Create and maintain a filing system for both digital and physical documents and ensure original documents are returned to their proper place.
Data entry and indexing: Enter scanned information into a system and correctly index documents for easy retrieval.
Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Administrative support: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as answering overflow calls or generating reports.
Equipment maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on scanners to ensure they are operating correctly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
