RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leave management Everyday leave entry in app and excel Month end tally and carry forward Newsletter Prepare monthly newsletter Induction Uploading data onto app Background verification Entering details into HR calendar - bdays, review dates etc Payroll Track of all unpaid leaves Timesheet entry review update Performance management Reminding leads and mangers to conduct monthly review, review and upload completed forms in app Quarterly reviews - prepare paperwork, schedule, share Generic Reviewing biometric reports Time keeping Bday and anniversary greetings Addressing any HR issues raised Organising HR related events Providing required HR data to other departments as and when requested Trainings Inductions for new starters and interns Leaving formalities Coordinating handover meeting Internships Data entry of interested interns upload paperwork Reconfirmation of interns for following month
