Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Admin role based in Kolkata. The HR Admin will oversee daily human resources operations, ensure smooth employee relations, manage HR processes, and support staffing needs. Tasks will include coordinating recruitment efforts, managing employee records, addressing HR-related inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role also involves supporting a positive workplace environment and fostering effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) processes
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environment
• Customer Service skills and a people-centric approach
• Attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus
