We are looking for an HR & Admin Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in all aspects of recruiting/talent acquisition(non-technical). The HR & Admin Assistant will assist senior management to supercharge our recruitment and pre-launch efforts of a startup. The responsibilities include:
• Build a recruiting process and a pipeline of candidates
• Filter candidates based on their fit with the startup environment, schedule interviews, and make job offers. Handle new employee onboarding
• Support management with admin related tasks

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
