Position Overview: As a Housekeeping / Property Caretaker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and overall presentation of our property. Your responsibilities will include routine cleaning of common areas, occasional bond cleaning of rooms or apartments, light maintenance tasks, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all residents. You may also be required to assist our maintenance team from time to time with basic tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning of common areas including hallways, lounges, kitchens, and shared bathrooms.
Carry out occasional bond cleaning of rooms or apartments to assist with tenant transitions.
Assist the maintenance team with basic tasks as required.
Coordinate with the maintenance and reception team to manage bookings, access, and scheduling.
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the property.
Ensure cleaning supplies are well stocked and equipment is used safely and properly.
Prioritise your daily tasks efficiently to ensure all areas and duties are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping, caretaking, or a similar property support role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness and upkeep.
Basic understanding of safe chemical use and cleaning practices.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment for residents.
Physically capable of performing manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
