The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily housekeeping operations of the hospital to ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The role ensures compliance with infection prevention and control (IPC) protocols, hospital quality standards, and regulatory requirements while leading housekeeping personnel and maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all hospital areas.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, guide, and monitor housekeeping staff during assigned shifts.
Allocate daily duties and ensure timely cleaning of patient rooms, operation theatres (as applicable), ICUs, emergency areas, OPDs, laboratories, offices, corridors, washrooms, and public areas.
