Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Graduate degree and at least 5 years of experience in Facility/Housekeeping Management, preferably from the Healthcare sector, and based in Mumbai.
As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations of our facility, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained. This will include managing a team of housekeeping staff, developing and implementing housekeeping policies and procedures, and monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
The successful candidate should have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals and groups. Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals, as well as safety and infection control protocols, is also important.
In addition to these skills and qualifications, you should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software is also required.
