Job Description
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the housekeeping team, maintaining high cleanliness standards and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Assistant Housekeeping Manager in the daily checking of rooms and designated team member areas to maintain standards
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Handle guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping services
• Ensure the efficient use of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Qualifications
• At least five years' experience in hotel housekeeping operations
• Effective supervisory skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English communication
• Eye for detail
