Job Summary
Canmore Condo Cleaning and Hosting Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team with the ability to maintain high levels of cleanliness across our properties while meeting budget and service requirements.

Duties

Direct and control the operations of the housekeeping department.
Establish and implement operational procedures and departmental policies.
Maintain financial records and prepare budgets, payroll, and schedules.
Select, purchase, and negotiate with suppliers for equipment and inventory.
Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff and supervisors.
Conduct inspections to ensure health, safety, and quality standards (condos and common areas).
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping (Hotel or Airbnb), with at least 2 years in a housekeeping management role.
Must reside in the Bow Valley area.
Must have a good knowledge of Canmore and the various properties around town.
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Completion of a college diploma or university degree in hospitality or business.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Strong financial management and organizational skills.
Experience using Resort Cleaning software and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 44 per week
