The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, managing inventory and supplies, and coordinating schedules.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a team and lead by example
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
