Job description
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-Site)
Company: Namli Hospitality
Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000/month (Based on experience + incentives)
Work Schedule: Shift-based (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM with breaks, rotational weekly off)
Experience Required: 1–3 years in luxury hospitality or premium villas/hotels
We are hiring full-time Housekeepers to join our operations team at our luxury villas in Jaipur. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, pool zones, and common spaces.
Ensure all linen, towels, toiletries, and guest supplies are fresh, clean, and arranged as per SOP.
Assist with guest check-ins including welcome setup, luggage placement, and briefing.
Handle turndown service during the evening (if requested).
Manage daily laundry and inventory handovers with accuracy.
Coordinate pool maintenance tasks like adding chemicals and operating filters (training provided).
Maintain personal grooming, hygiene, and professional etiquette on duty.
Respect guest privacy and avoid unnecessary presence in villas post check-in.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel, resort, or villa housekeeping.
Ability to follow detailed checklists and hospitality standards.
Physically fit and willing to handle villa-level responsibilities.
Strong work ethic, team coordination, and respectful communication.
Basic communication in Hindi (English understanding is a bonus).
